JRT seeks a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager for Digital Marketing Development. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of managing and executing cutting-edge, technology-driven marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Help facilitate complex IT projects from planning and development through implementation and monitoring, adhering to Agile standards and methodologies.
- Help define the project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders within organizational values and team structure.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs using Agile methodologies, primarily Scrum or Kanban, while ensuring compliance with agency processes.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools; track project milestones and deliverables.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents, identifying and managing project dependencies and critical paths.
- Help delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Monitor project performance with the help of appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Provide support to project teams.
- Continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders across all agency departments.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring adherence to agency processes.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven working experience (3+ years) as a technical, development-based project manager in the advertising/marketing agency development side, or relevant professional services industry sector, is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Solid technical background with practical understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira).
- Agile/Scrum certification is a strong plus.
- Experience with stakeholder management, risk management and change management.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a structure, following standardized processes and contributing to the development of new processes within the agency.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities as agency work tends to facilitate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
