We are expanding our automotive marketing team. We’re looking for a driven, experienced account leader to join us as an Account Supervisor, Automotive Performance Marketing. • Support show and event planning and execution, including moderate travel (10–15%)
  • Ensure all work aligns with client brand standards, objectives and performance goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 5–7 years of related professional experience
  • Required: Experience in the automotive aftermarket and/or performance parts industry
  • Agency experience preferred, with demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-channel accounts
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing, including digital, experiential and advertising disciplines
  • Proven ability to lead without direct authority, guiding cross-functional teams toward shared goals
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Motorsports and trade show experience is a plus
  • Confident, collaborative and solutions-oriented approach to client and team challenges
