JRT is seeking a highly organized, client-facing Social Influencer Program Coordinator to lead the day-to-day operations of a dynamic roster of automotive social influencers. This role is less about creating content and more about orchestrating people, timelines, assets and logistics to ensure a high-performing influencer program.

You’ll serve as the central hub between influencers, the client and internal teams – managing moving parts like vehicle loans, travel, content calendars, events and reporting. Success in this role requires strong project management skills, proactive communication and the ability to keep multiple workstreams running smoothly at once.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Program Coordination (Approximately 70%)

  • Own and manage relationships with a roster of automotive influencers, serving as the primary day-to-day point of contact
  • Oversee program logistics, including vehicle coordination, travel planning, event participation and content timelines
  • Review influencer applications and support onboarding aligned with brand standards
  • Develop and maintain content calendars and campaign timelines, ensuring deadlines are met across all participants
  • Act as liaison between influencers and client, providing regular updates on program status, deliverables and performance
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep campaigns on track
  • Attend select events to support influencers and represent the brand

Program Operations & Reporting (Approximately 10%)

  • Track deliverables, monitor campaign performance and compile reporting for client stakeholders
  • Maintain organized documentation across influencer activities, schedules and assets
  • Ensure all program elements align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
  • Support continuous improvement of processes, workflows and program efficiency

Cross-Functional Collaboration (Approximately 10%)

  • Partner with internal teams (account, creative, social, production) to execute campaigns seamlessly
  • Coordinate asset needs, approvals and timelines across departments
  • Ensure consistent communication and alignment across all stakeholders

 Travel (Approximately 10%)

  • Travel to events to support influencers onsite

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, influencer marketing or program coordination
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with clients and external partners
  • Experience managing timelines, budgets, logistics or complex programs is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with social platforms, influencer ecosystems and digital reporting tools is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Passion for automotive is a strong bonus – but not required
