JRT transformed Peterbilt's website into an intuitive, responsive experience that keeps users engaged. Through our process of Research, Analysis, Ideation and Development, we increased page views by 60%, cut bounce rates in half, grew users by 12% and added over 90,000 new sessions.


JRT developed a comprehensive digital campaign to support National Trucker Appreciation Week, featuring custom videos, banner images and engaging social posts that encouraged interaction throughout the week. The campaign drove impressive results, with homepage banner clicks increasing by more than 41% and the featured video (shown below) earning over 42,000 views. Technology continues to transform marketing, reshaping the way convention attendees engage with exhibits. To support Peterbilt, JRT developed a digital truck tour experience that allows the team to showcase specific vehicles at each event. Attendees can explore the featured truck, scan a QR code to access detailed information and seamlessly connect with a dealership to schedule a test drive, creating an exhibit experience designed to drive real conversions.


Even as a 75-year-old legacy brand, Peterbilt needed to establish formal brand guidelines to protect its identity and ensure consistency across all initiatives. JRT developed a comprehensive, multi-phased style guide addressing both traditional and digital needs – from iconography to color palettes and beyond.


To support the launch of the Model 589 truck, JRT developed a multi-stage campaign that built anticipation ahead of the event, engaged audiences in real time through live feeds and social coverage, and reinforced the impact afterward with a comprehensive recap, ultimately generating more than 169,000 impressions and over 17,000 clicks.


JRT developed an award-winning online cost calculator to help customers explore the Peterbilt EV lineup. To maximize engagement, we launched an integrated campaign across email, web and social channels to drive traffic to the tool. The results were powerful – views increased by nearly 319% (with users returning multiple times each month) and total users growing by more than 98%.


Our sister company, CG Detroit®, designed, produced and installed a series of truck graphics to showcase Peterbilt’s three latest innovations – a fully electric truck, a hybrid-electric truck and a fully autonomous truck. The dynamic, show-stopping designs work together when the three trucks are displayed at the same location, or independently of each other.
